Pavement condition testing with High-Speed Data

Woods uses a high-resolution High-Speed Data (HSD) survey system to capture roughness, rutting, texture, geometry, cracking, potholes, and other surface defects in a single pass. Our vehicles feature Pavemetrics’ LCMS scanners, providing accurate, georeferenced condition data for performance monitoring, construction compliance, and asset location.

Structural testing with FWD and HWD

We provide tailored structural testing using Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) and Heavy Weight Deflectometer (HWD) technology to simulate traffic loads and measure subgrade strength and fatigue. FWD suits network and project-level surveys; HWD applies higher loads, ideal for thicker pavements on ports, highways, or airfields. These tests deliver accurate insights to inform design validation, maintenance planning, and lifecycle forecasting.
