Whether your site is 170ha or 1700m2, when we work together the process will generally move through five phases.

We’ll meet with you, survey your site, and prepare a visual plan that depicts the layout of your new development.
We’ll prepare a resource consent application and any additional reporting required, and act on your behalf to secure council approval.
We put out tenders to contractors for the works and then oversee construction on your site.
Once construction is complete, we’ll prepare and lodge the legal documentation required for the issue of new titles.
We organise the data that’s collected and created during the land development process for you, so that they can be used to make better, more profitable decisions into the future.
