Woods was involved in the initial master planning, earthworks, infrastructure and subdivision development to establish the Long Bay community and then went on to complete consenting for residential units, such as Universal Homes.
Our planning, survey and engineering disciplines were involved in resource consent for 33 terraced units and freehold subdivision on a greenfield site at 19 Karengo Street in Long Bay on behalf of Universal Homes.
The medium density development adjoins the new Long Bay town centre, on super lot 1021. The site has a Terrace Housing and Apartment Buildings zone and is within the Long Bay Precinct. Non-notified resource consent was obtained for non-complying activities that required extensive assessment on the proposed density effects.
