Woods Involvement 

Woods planning, survey, and engineering disciplines were involved in a resource consent for 48 terraced units, and a freehold subdivision in Millwater on behalf of Mike Greer Homes Limited (MGH).

Woods was involved in the initial master planning, earthworks, infrastructure and subdivision development to establish the Millwater community and then went on to complete consents for residential units, such as Mike Greer Homes.

Woods was also involved in consenting for an additional 23 terraced units for MGH on Arran Point Parade, in Arran Point at the northern entrance to Millwater.
