Woods Map is a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) project portal and spatial data visualisation platform. Supporting 2D and 3D data presentation, it is a core component of how we integrate and deliver our projects and services.

An accessible and shareable medium, Woods Map delivers highly detailed and large-scale content across the spectrum of GIS Data.

Woods Map for Our Clients

Woods Map portals are created to deliver and support complex projects, and data products as required. Once established, portals and their data can be securely shared across stakeholders, and customised to support client workflows and project needs.

Portals and their supporting infrastructure may be included as part of projects or incur a monthly subscription relating to the nature of customisation and data volumes.

Some existing use cases include:

  • Visualisation of mobile app-based asset inspections
  • Land Development: 2D and 3D views of infrastructure, earthworks, site models and photos, stages, and spatially linked documentation
  • Reality Capture: Mesh models large and small shared in their spatial context
  • BIM Models: Scan to BIM models and attribution shared in their spatial context
  • Mobile Laser Scanning: Dense Points Cloud visualisation
  • Pavement Monitoring: Custom charting, raster overlay analysis/inspection, vector visualisation switching
  • Campus Model: Full reality mesh models, custom terrain models, vector overlays, masterplan overlays, 360 imagery, documentation and video media, oblique drone imagery with perspective visualised
  • Nationwide infrastructure management: assets by chainage, immersive 360 imagery, linear referenced data, assets with photos
